Josh Greenblatt
Josh Greenblatt, together with his father, Lee Greenblatt, founded Vision Creative Solutions in 2001, driven by a shared passion and foresight. Before launching the company, Josh built his career in the printing industry, gaining valuable experience that would later inform his approach to creative marketing. With a clear focus and enthusiasm for the business, Josh plays a pivotal role in guiding the Vision team, ensuring client projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Under Josh’s leadership, Vision has earned a stellar reputation for fostering strong, collaborative relationships with its clients. The company is recognized for its commitment to outstanding creativity, unwavering dedication, as well as professional and personal integrity in every endeavor.
A proud graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), Josh shares his life with his wife, Mandy, and their four sons—Alec, Isaac, Jonas, and Jaden. Outside of work, Josh is a passionate sports enthusiast who enjoys coaching baseball during the summer and spending quality time with his family and four poodles.

Erik Ryen
Erik Ryen has been a cornerstone of Vision Creative Solutions since 2007, bringing a wealth of experience and a creative spark that's been lighting up the design world for over 30 years. His artistic journey began at IUP, where his love for studio fine arts evolved into a passion for graphic design. Erik's career took shape during the dawn of computer graphics and the Internet—he even got his hands on Photoshop Version 1 while studying at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
After college, Erik dove into the marketing world with roles in the building products and telecom industries. He got "thrown to the proverbial wolves", mastering everything from branding and print design to website design and trade show marketing. Recently, Erik has been exploring the booming AI sector and is enthusiastically learning how to leverage these new tools.
Living in Punxsutawney, Erik has three wonderful daughters and a dog named Escher. A true tech nerd, Erik loves all things sci-fi and history. His blend of creativity, experience, and genuine curiosity makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Tony Franzetta
Tony Franzetta joined the Vision Creative Solutions team in 2007. He brings a high level of experience and knowledge of the printing industry and printing processes to the company, so as to ensure high quality, cost-effectively produced materials for Vision clients. Tony consistently "goes the extra mile" for Vision's clients, and his attention to detail and production schedules mean that Vision clients get their materials accurately produced and on time. Tony also handles certain accounts payable duties and other operational responsibilities for the company.
Tony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communications & Multimedia Technology from California University of Pennsylvania. Tony is married to Krisa and has two children, Auggie and Stella.
Tony is a certified, advanced ice hockey coach with the Mt. Lebanon Hornets and Chartiers Valley hockey clubs. In 2023, he helped lead Chartiers Valley Varsity to an undefeated season and Penguins Cup Championship. He also enjoys playing hockey, strumming guitar, and spending time with his family.

Jim Wilhelm
Jim Wilhelm has been with Vision Creative Solutions for the past several years, but has been associated with Founder, Lee Greenblatt, for over 25+ years. His multiple talents, including finely honed creative abilities, add greatly to the company's skillset and benefits him in the performance of his New Business Development efforts. Jim is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and brings a high level of unique and varied perspectives to any creative assignment.
Jim consistently "wows" his clients with outstanding creative work, from his artistic background, coupled with his extensive experience in the business world. He loves "being in the field" and finding creative solutions to business challenges, resulting in outstanding marketing materials for Vision clients. Jim developed into a marketing specialist, from his roots and knowledge of the printing industry. Jim's brings a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and his engaging personality to any assignment. Jim has two children and one grandchild and spends some of his free time creating graphite & multimedia portraits and other artistic designs by hand.

Rose Spisak
Rose Spisak is a Graphic Designer who does extensive design/art work for some of Vision's largest clients, especially in the Pittsburgh area. Rose brings highly developed graphic design/art skills to Vision, with over 25 years of experience in this industry, which has given her a large and diverse list of clients.
Rose graduated from the Ivy School of Professional Art, Pittsburgh. She entered the client side of the business, working as a Graphic Designer, Art Director or Art Production Planner for such companies as: General Nutrition, Sears Roebuck, and Sullair Corporation in the early stages of her career. Her professional career transitioned to the agency side, working in similar capacities at several Pittsburgh full service design/advertising agencies, including: The Birmingham Group, The Marketing Group, Miller - Melone Communications, and Wiltalus Burke & Associates. She also has a wide ranging background in the arts and haircare industries.Vision is pleased to have such a creative talent as Rose, as a ready resource to help with a wide range of challenging assignments for discerning clients.

Patrick Duff is a seasoned videographer and producer with over 26 years in video production, advertising, and marketing. His career began at WTAJ-TV as a videographer and editor. He excelled at AT&T/Comcast Media Services, earning an ADDY Award for a self-promotion campaign.
In 2004, Patrick launched a freelance career, collaborating with clients like Dick's Sporting Goods, Fox TV, and the NFL. His expertise spans advertising, marketing, educational, and governmental content production. With studies in Electrical Engineering and Music, Patrick offers a unique technical acumen, benefiting clients such as the Department of Energy.
Patrick's client list includes Culligan, NFL, MLB, and UPMC Senior Services. Proficient in Canon Cinema Cameras, Panasonic S Series, and Blackmagic Cinema Cameras, he uses DJI products for drone operations.
